THREE QUESTIONS AND AN ANSWER
John 14:1-6
“I can do everything in Christ who strengthens me!”
Philippians 4:13
The great philosopher Emmanuel Kant once said
that all of the research by men could be synthesized into the following three
great questions: What am I able to
know? What must I do? What is my hope?
Christ is the response to these three questions.
What can I know? –Christ is the Truth; in him
all truth is enclosed. Let us leave off
searching for secondary and fleeting truths in order to find the supreme truth
in him.
What must I do?—He is the Way; only in him do we
find meaning for our existence and for our daily lives. He leads us through those paths that he has
prepared beforehand. He is the pathway
to the Father. He is the Savior par excellence.
What is my hope?—He is the Life, life in
abundance and life eternal. We can do
everything in him who strengthens us.
Prayer: As long as live, I will praise you and bless
your name. Amen.

PREGUNTAS Y UNA RESPUESTA
Juan 14:1-6
“¡Todo lo puedo en Cristo que me fortalece!”
Filipenses 4:13
El
gran filosofo Inmanuel Kant dijo una vez que todas las investigaciones de los
hombres podrían sintetizarse en estas tres grandes preguntas: ¿Qué puedo saber?
¿Qué debo hacer? ¿Qué puedo esperar? Cristo es la respuesta a estas tres
preguntas.
¿Qué
puedo saber? —Cristo es la Verdad, en él se encierra toda verdad. Dejemos de
buscar verdades secundarias y pasajeras para encontrar en é1 la suprema verdad.
¿Qué
debo hacer? —É1 es el Camino, solamente en él encontramos sentido para nuestra
existencia y para el cotidiano vivir. Él nos conduce por aquellas sendas que ha
preparado de antemano. Él es el camino al Padre. Él es el Salvador por
excelencia.
¿Qué
puedo esperar? —Él es la Vida, vida en abundancia y vida eterna. Todo lo podemos
en él que nos fortalece.
Oración: Mientras yo viva, te
alabaré y bendeciré tu nombre. Amén.
