HE CARES FOR YOU
EXODUS 19:1-6
You saw what I did to
the Egyptians and how I lifted you up
on eagles’ wings and
brought you to me.

We often feel
abandoned, as if God does not listen to our prayers. And we wait.
When Moses led the sons and daughters of Israel, taking them from Egypt
and carrying them to the Promised Land, he did not use the shortest route. God directed them to take the longer route,
so that the people could not quickly turn back when things got difficult. God guided them by day with a pillar of
clouds and by night with a pillar of fire.
With such clarity He showed himself to his sons and daughters! The people put their hope in the God of mercy
and followed his leading. When they were
thirsty, God gave them water. When they
were hungry, God sent manna. No
necessity was left unmet.
The quantity of food
and water that this group needed was unimaginable. Nevertheless, each day Moses depended on
God. He trusted that God would care for
them. If God was able to do this for so
many people, you can rest assured that he will care for you. He knows your needs before you ask. Put your hope and your trust in God. He can deliver. He has shown it time and time again. Read the Scriptures and pray to the One who
loves you. His care is infinite, and he
will never deceive you.
Prayer: Heavenly Father, I
know that you love me and you hear me.
Blessed be your holy name. Amen.

ÉXODO
19:1-6
Ustedes
son testigos de lo que hice con Egipto,
y de que
los he traído hacia mí como sobre alas de águila.

Con frecuencia
nos sentimos abandonados, como si Dios no escuchara nuestras oraciones. Y
esperamos. Cuando Moisés lideró a los hijos e hijas de Israel, sacándolos de
Egipto y llevándolos a la Tierra Prometida, no utilizó la ruta más corta. Dios
los dirigió para que tomaran el camino más largo, para que el pueblo no
volviera atrás rápidamente cuando las cosas se pusieran difíciles. Dios los
guiaba de día con una columna de nubes;
y por la noche, con una columna de fuego. ¡Con cuánta claridad se mostró a sus
hijos e hijas! El pueblo depositó su esperanza en un Dios de misericordia y
siguió su dirección. Cuando tenían sed, Dios les dio agua. Cuando tuvieron
hambre, envió el maná. Ninguna necesidad quedó sin suplir.
La cantidad de
comida y de agua que necesitaba el grupo era inimaginable. Sin embargo, cada
día Moisés dependía de Dios. Él confiaba en que Dios cuidaría de ellos. Si Dios
puede hacer esto por tantas personas, puedes estar tranquilo que cuidará de ti.
Conoce tus necesidades incluso antes de que pidas. Deposita tu esperanza y tu
confianza en Él. Él puede. Lo ha demostrado una y otra vez. Lee las Escrituras
y ora a aquel que te ama. Su cuidado es infinito, y jamás te decepcionará.
Oración: Padre Celestial, sé que me amas y
que me escuchas. Bendigo tu santo nombre. Amén.
