The Spirit of God Always Leads Us Toward What Is Good for Us.

Luke 2:25-32

Guided by the Spirit, Simeon came into the temple; and when the parents brought in the child Jesus, to do for him what was customary under the law,

Has it ever happened to us that sometimes we arrive at places, spaces, events, homes, and we don’t know why we deviated from our route, why we entered that place, or why we changed our path? Sometimes, if we don't resist, we discover that the change was useful, necessary for someone else or for ourselves. We must discover the call of the spirit in every moment of our lives, for it is precisely when we least expect it that we can feel the wonder of God in our lives.

God is revealed to us in different ways, in different ways and times, and we must open ourselves to be able to sense that.

In the midst of chaos, of daily difficulties, preoccupations and frustrations that strike us, feeling the directions of the Spirit strengthens us, makes us live through experiences that make us cling to life. It is for that that the call today is to silence all the noise and let God’s voice flow, letting us follow God’s paths and enjoying the marvels that God holds for our lives.

Prayer: God, show your ways, strengthen my spirit and guide my life toward the good. Amen.

El Espíritu de Dios siempre nos lleva hacia lo que nos hace bien.

Lucas 2:25-32

Guiado por el Espíritu Santo, Simeón fue al templo; y cuando los padres del niño Jesús lo llevaron también a él, para cumplir con lo que la ley ordenaba

No nos ha pasado que, a veces, llegamos a lugares, espacios, eventos, hogares y no sabemos porque desviamos la ruta, porque entramos en ese sitio o porque cambie el camino. En ocasiones, si no nos resistimos, descubrimos que ese cambio fue útil, necesario para alguien más o para nosotros mismos. Debemos descubrir la llamada del espíritu, en todos los momentos de nuestra vida, pues justo, donde menos lo esperamos podemos sentir la maravilla de Dios en nuestras vidas. Dios se revela de diferentes formas, en cualquier momento y necesitamos abrirnos para poder sentirlo. En medio del caos, de las dificultades cotidianas, las preocupaciones y las frustraciones, que nos golpean, sentir la dirección del Espíritu, nos fortalece y nos hace vivir experiencias que nos aferran a la vida, que nos llenan de gozo. Es por eso que el llamado hoy es a acallar todos los ruidos y dejar fluir la voz de Dios, permitirnos seguir sus caminos, y disfrutar las maravillas que Dios tiene para nuestras vidas.

Oración: Dios muestra tus caminos, fortalece mi espíritu y guía mi vida hacia el bien. Amén.
