THANK YOU, GOD…

PSALM 100

“…always giving thanks to God the Father for everything, in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ.”

Ephesians 5:20

One morning I went out to my patio and observed my guava plant.  It was laden with juicy and beautiful fruits. When I saw them I recalled this text that invites us to thank God for everything.  I thanked God from the bottom of my heart for my tree, for the blue sky that we have every day and because He daily surprises us in our lives with abundant fruits of blessing.

Think about all the reasons for which we should be grateful to God.  Today I invite you to repeat the following prayer of thankfulness together with me and to add your own reasons:

  

-Thank you, God, for giving me a new day.

-Thank you, God, because you guide us on the pathways we should tread.

-Thank you, God, because you guide our steps and strengthen our weary and frail feet, allowing our footsteps to be firm and providing for our safety.

-Thank you, God, because whenever we are in doubt, you send us your brilliant light.

-Thank you, God, because we are your daughters and sons.

-Thank you, God….

Prayer: Dear God, accept our sincere gratitude and grant that we may always be thankful to you not only with our words, but also with our testimony. May we live useful lives in thankfulness to you!  In the name of our Lord Jesus Christ. Amen.

GRACIAS DIOS…

SALMO 100

“y den siempre gracias por todo al Dios y Padre,

en el nombre de nuestro Señor Jesucristo”

Efesios 5:20

Una mañana salí al patio de mi casa  y observé mi mata de guayabas. Estaba llena de lindas y jugosas frutas. Al verlas recordé este texto que nos invita a gradecer a Dios por todo.

De corazón di gracias a Dios por mi árbol, por el cielo azul que tenemos todos los días y porque él nos sorprende en nuestra vida diariamente con abundantes frutos de bendición.

Piensa en todos los motivos que tenemos para agradecerle a Dios, Le invito a que en este día repita esta oración de gratitud junto conmigo y agregue sus propios motivos:

-Gracias Dios por darme un nuevo día.

-Gracias Dios porque nos guías por donde debemos caminar.

-Gracias Dios porque guías nuestros pasos y fortaleces nuestros pies cansados y achacosos, permitiendo que nuestro paso sea firme y que estemos a salvo.

-Gracias Dios porque cuando tenemos alguna duda , tú nos envías tu brillante luz.

-Gracias Dios porque somos tus hijas e hijos.

-Gracias Dios….

Oración: Querido Dios, acepta nuestra gratitud sincera y permite que siempre podamos agradecerte no sólo con nuestras palabras, sino también con nuestro testimonio, ¡que vivamos vidas útiles y agradecidas a ti! En el nombre de nuestro Señor Jesucristo. Amén
