PROVERBS
3:1-6
“In
all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight.”
Proverbs 3:6
What a delight it is to
know that, on no matter what path we find ourselves, even those strewn with
stumbling blocks, God will make our paths straight!
Our entire lives can be plagued by fear and
anxiety. There are many times when
I’ve been in situations for which I could find no explanation, during which I
suffered deep disappointment, perhaps for having placed too much trust in
another person. After days and nights filled with sleeplessness, however, the
Lord has always given me the strength that I requested.
I have come to understand that when life’s storms
intensify, we can nevertheless fearlessly anchor ourselves to that safe haven
which is Christ.
We should always ask God to allow us the privilege
to hear his voice as a soft and gentle whisper.
Prayer: Lord, may we be able to recognize you
in our pathways, and may you always be our faith’s anchor. Amen.
ALCANCEMOS
SABIDURÍA
PROVERBIOS 3:1-6
“Reconócelo en todos tus caminos,
y él enderezará tus veredas”
Proverbios 3:6
¡Qué hermoso es conocer que en cualquier camino que nos encontremos, aunque
con escollos que impiden caminar, Dios enderezará nuestras veredas!
Nuestra vida toda puede estar
marcada por temores y ansiedades. Muchas veces he pasado por situaciones para
las que no he encontrado explicación pues he sufrido decepciones profundas tal
vez por depositar demasiada fe en alguna persona. Pero después de días y noches
llenas de desvelos, el Señor me ha dado la fortaleza que constantemente le he
pedido.
He podido comprender que cuando
la tormenta de la vida arrecia, podemos sin dudas, anclar en ese puerto seguro
que es Cristo.
Debemos siempre pedir que Dios
nos conceda el privilegio de que podamos escuchar su voz como un silbo suave
apacible.
Oración: Señor,
que sepamos reconocerte en nuestros caminos, que tú seas siempre el ancla de
nuestra fe. Amén.
