THE NEVERENDING SEARCH
JEREMIAH 29:10-14
“You will seek me and will find me when you
seek me with all your heart.”
Jeremiah 29:13
There are many people who become bitter throughout the course of
their lives due to the situations and circumstances around them. This verse contains a great promise: every person who seeks God will find him.
Jesus Christ issues us an invitation: “Ask and it will be given to you; seek and you will find, knock and the
door will be opened to you.” However, there is a condition we must fulfill
if we are truly anxious to find God: we must seek him with all our heart. This means that all formulism associated with
seeking God must be discarded from our lives as human beings. All betrayal needs to be set aside. We need to seek God with all our heart. We should not seek him the way we look for a
new job, hoping not to find one. God is
the only one in whose hands our needs are met. The beauty of the divine plan in its work of
salvation for humanity is that we don’t have to pay any money, nor do we need
to be scholarly, nor do we need to belong to an elite social class. The only
thing we need is a sincere heart to love and a spirit willing and ready to obey
him.
Prayer: Lord Jesus
Christ, today we ask you to help the children of this world to understand that
you are the only way, the truth, and the life. Amen.
LA BÚSQUEDA INCESANTE
JEREMÍAS 29:10-14

me buscareis de todo vuestro
corazón”
Jeremías 29:13
Hay muchos que en el transcurso de
la vida se vuelven amargados ante las situaciones y circunstancias que los
rodean. Este versículo tiene una gran promesa: Todo aquel que busca a Dios lo
halla.
Jesucristo nos hace una invitación: “Pedid y se
os dará, buscad y hallareis, llamad y os será abierto”. Pero hay una
condición que debemos cumplir si es que de veras ansiamos encontrar a Dios:
buscarle con todo nuestro corazón. Esto quiere decir que todo formulismo en
buscar a Dios debe descartarse de la vida del ser humano. Toda traición deben
hacerse a un lado. Debemos buscar a Dios de todo corazón. No debemos buscarle
como aquel que busca trabajo esperando no encontrarlo. Dios es el único que
tiene en sus manos lo que necesitamos. Lo hermoso del plan divino en su obra
salvífica para la humanidad es que no tenemos que pagar ningún dinero, ni
tenemos que ser eruditos, ni tenemos que ocupar posición social elevada. Lo
único que necesitamos es un corazón sincero para amar y una voluntad dispuesta
para obedecerle.
Oración: Señor Jesucristo, hoy te
pedimos que los hijos de este mundo entienden que tú eres el único camino, la verdad y la vida. Amén.
