I BELIEVE IN A CARING GOD

1 PETER 5:6-11

Throw all your anxiety onto him,

because he cares about you.

1 Peter 5:7 (CEB)

Like a father or mother cares for their sons and daughters, God cares for us, especially in the times of greatest vulnerability.  God cares for his sons and daughters when they feel that others have abandoned them.  Where human care cannot reach, the care of God reaches.  Your anxiety of today does not have to weigh you down all day long.  You can do the test of honestly putting your heavy burdens on God’s shoulders and He will carry your burden.  Honestly means that you accept God’s fatherly and motherly care at all times. God loves us always.  God exists always and thus his care for his creatures is also eternal and permanent.

Before they call, I will answer; while they are still speaking, I will hear. This is the promise of God in Isaiah 65:24. This caring offer that God has for his sons and daughters should dispel your anxiety for today.   

Prayer: Eternal God, allow this day that I might feel cared for by your kindly hand and feel more and more your presence and protection, and let me respond with gratitude toward you and trust in your eternal plans for my life.  Amen.

CREO EN UN DIOS CUIDADOR

1 PEDRO 5:6-11

Echando toda ansiedad sobre él,

porque él tiene cuidado de nosotros.

1 Pedro 5:7

Así como un padre o una madre cuidan de sus hijos e hijas, Dios cuida de nosotros, especialmente en los momentos de mayor  vulnerabilidad. Dios cuida de sus hijos e hijas cuando sienten que otros les abandonan. Donde no puede alcanzar el cuidado humano, alcanza el cuidado de Dios. La ansiedad tuya de hoy, no tiene que pesar todo el día sobre ti. Puedes hacer la prueba de poner tu pesada carga con honestidad en los hombros de Dios y Él llevará tu carga. Con honestidad significa que tú aceptas su cuidado paternal y maternal en todo tiempo. Dios nos ama siempre. Dios existe siempre y así su cuidado por sus criaturas es también eterno y permanente.

Y antes que clamen, responderé yo; mientras aún hablan,  yo habré oído. Esta es la promesa de Dios en Isaías 65:24. Este solícito cuidado que Dios tiene de sus hijos e hijas, es para disipar tu ansiedad en este día.

Oración: Dios eterno, permite que en este día, pueda sentirme cuidado por tu mano bondadosa y sienta más y más tu presencia y protección, a la cual yo pueda corresponder con gratitud hacia ti y confianza en tus propósitos eternos para mi vida. Amén.
