NEW LIFE IN CHRIST

 2 CORINTHIANS  5:17-21

So if anyone is in Christ, there is a new creation: everything old has passed away; see, everything has become new!

2 Corinthians 5:17 (NRSV)

    Calling oneself a Christian, following Jesus of Nazareth, being his disciple, is a style of life that produces a personal transformation. It does not mean that we stop being ourselves, but that we show and share the best of ourselves with others and in the service of others. God wants us to be women and men of faith who practice the righteousness of God, the forgiveness of His Son Jesus Christ, and the wisdom of the Holy Spirit. Christ gives us the opportunity to be better human beings with our family, friends, neighbors, classmates, and those around us. The more human our acts and thoughts are, the better Christians we will be. If so far you know that there is something you have not done well, from now on you can begin to be a better person, and you can amend and rebuild your life.
    It’s never too late if the outcome is good.!

Prayer: Lord, take my life and renew it, forgive my faults, and make me an instrument of your peace. Amen.

NUEVA VIDA EN CRISTO

 2 CORINTIOS  5: 17-21

De modo que, si alguno está en Cristo, nueva criatura es; las cosas viejas pasaron; he aquí, todas son hechas nuevas.

2 Corintios 5:17

Llamarse cristiano, seguir a Jesús de Nazaret, ser su discípulo, es un estilo de vida que produce una transformación personal. No significa que dejemos de ser nosotros mismos, sino que mostremos y compartamos lo mejor de nosotros con los demás y al servicio de los demás. Dios quiere de nosotros que seamos mujeres y hombres de fe que practiquen la justicia de Dios, el perdón de su hijo Jesucristo y la sabiduría del Espíritu Santo.
Cristo nos regala la oportunidad de ser mejores seres humanos con nuestra familia, amigos, vecinos, compañeros de estudios o trabajo, y con el prójimo.  Mientras más humanos sean nuestros actos y pensamientos, mejores cristianas y cristianos seremos. Si hasta aquí sabes que hay algo que no has hecho bien, desde ahora puedes comenzar a ser mejor persona, y puedes enmendar y rehacer tu vida.
¡Nunca es tarde si la dicha es buena!

Oración:  Toma mi vida Señor y hazla de nuevo, perdona mis faltas y hazme un instrumento de tu paz. Amén.
