OUR DUTY: TO DO

MATTHEW 28:16-20

Therefore go and make disciples of all nations… (NIV)

Matthew 28:19

All the things that have been done in this world have been done for something.

We don’t have a pencil to leave it forgotten in the desk without ever using it, and we don’t have a candle not to light it when everything is dark. Similarly, men and woman were created for something special! As a tree is planted so that it bears much fruit, so too is our destiny to glorify God through good and abundant works

This is the time to do, and not to ever grow weary. It’s the moment to recognize the gift that God has given you, and to later share it with everyone nearby. May your pencil write the most beautiful words, and may your candle light the densest night, because it is our duty to do.

Prayer: Help us Lord not to remain passive before the duty of working for your Kingdom. Help us to surrender with passion before every task that you put in our hands to do. Thank you because we know that you always count on us. Amen.

MATEO 28:16-20

Por tanto, Id, y haced discípulos a todas las naciones…

Mateo 28:19

Todas las cosas que se han hecho en este mundo se hicieron para algo.

No tenemos un lápiz para dejarlo olvidado en el escritorio sin usarse nunca, y no tenemos una vela para no encenderla cuando todo está oscuro. ¡Así mismo el hombre y la mujer fueron creados para algo especial!

Como se planta un árbol para que lleve mucho fruto, así el destino nuestro es glorificar a Dios mediante buenas y abundantes obras.

Este es tiempo de hacer y no cansarnos nunca. Es el momento para reconocer cuál es el don que Dios te ha dado y luego compartirlo con todos y todas a tu alrededor.

Que tú lápiz pueda escribir las palabras más hermosas y tu vela pueda alumbrar la más densa noche, porque nuestro deber es hacer.

Oración:  Ayúdanos Señor, a no permanecer pasivos ante el deber de trabajar para tu Reino.  Ayúdanos a entregarnos con pasión ante cada tarea que pones en nuestras manos para hacer. Gracias porque sabemos que siempre cuentas con nosotros. Amén.
