BROTHERS OF JOY AND REWARD

 Philippians  4: 1-9

…you whom I love and long for, my joy and crown, stand firm in the Lord in this way, dear friends! (NIV)

Philippians 4:1

Sometimes we see workplaces that look like a family because of the relationships they maintain, and I don't describe a place without problems at all; on the contrary, I speak of places where differences are resolved from the perspective of the common good and goodness.

Paul writes to the Philippians, a community that aroused his affections, and as such he tells them without hesitation: dear ones—whom he misses—that they are his joy, and he recommends that they come to an agreement as corresponds to a believer."

Sometimes in the face of differences between brothers we move away from the model that Paul taught us and is so clearly described in this passage. And that is when the church stops seeing itself as a family.

We must always present our wishes to God in prayer, and thus peace will dwell between us and we will be able to agree, respecting our differences.

Prayer: Gracious God, allows us to always keep in mind everything that is true, clean, kind, just and virtuous, so that the God of peace may dwell among us. Amen.

HERMANOS DE ALEGRIA Y RECOMPENSA

 Filipenses  4: 1-9
