WHERE IS YOUR TREASURE?

Matthew 6: 19-21

For where your treasure is, there your heart will be also.

            During confinement, I have had time to watch DVDs that I really hadn’t taken the time to watch before. Among many of them, I found one which many people had asked if I had seen: The Secret. This documentary masterfully describes the miracle of Creation, especially the brain as seen by science. After much suspense about its definition, it is summed up in a law based on this phrase: IDEAS BECOME THINGS.

            If I finished my studies, it was because I was attracted to the idea of concluding them under “wind and tide,” of course with God’s help and by his will. Nevertheless, how easy it is when we follow the two commandments which govern the “center of control,” Love God and your neighbors.  Concerning the decision that we make, there will be no more secrets, for God will unveil them in his time, guiding us in paths that are sure and efficacious for our lives.

            The Holy Spirit, God’s mystery, always leads us to be victorious in every battle that we have to confront, for it draws us to the law of Love and Peace. The only secret is in what we answer in confirmation when we become members of a church, in front of the congregation, with the determination to become servants of Christ and humanity.

 

Prayer: Our Father, thank you that we can follow your secret and divine purpose of love in our lives. Use us for your honor and glory, in the name of Jesus Christ. Amen.

DONDE ESTÉ TU TESORO

MATEO 6: 19-21

 

Porque donde esté tu tesoro, allí estará también tu corazón

            Durante el confinamiento he tenido tiempo para ver DVDs que realmente no había tenido tiempo para ver. Entre muchos, encontré uno que me habían indagado muchos si lo había visto: El Secreto. Este documental describe magistralmente la maravilla de la Creación, especialmente el cerebro visto a través de la ciencia. Después de mucho suspenso sobre la definición del mismo, se resume en una ley sustentada en esta frase: LAS IDEAS SE CONVIERTEN EN COSAS

 

            Si terminé mis estudios fue porque me atrajo la idea de concluirlos bajo “viento y marea”, claro con la ayuda de Dios dentro de Su Voluntad. El cerebro sigue siendo un enigma para la ciencia y mucho más la mente. Sin embargo, cuán fácil es cuando seguimos los dos mandamientos que rectorean el “centro de control”: amar a Dios y a nuestros semejantes. De la decisión que tomemos no habrá mas secretos pues El los develará a Su Tiempo, guiándonos por caminos seguros y efectivos para nuestras vidas.

 

            El Espíritu Santo, misterio de Dios, siempre nos conduce a victorias sobre toda batalla que tengamos que enfrentar, pues nos atrae a la ley del Amor y la Paz. El único secreto está en lo que contestamos de confirmación cuando nos hacemos miembros de una iglesia, frente a la congregación, con la determinación de convertirnos en servidores de Cristo y la humanidad.

 

Oración: Padre Nuestro, gracias porque seguimos Tu secreto y proyecto divino de amor para nuestras vidas. Usalas para Tu Honra y Gloria. En el nombre de Jesucristo. Amén.
