GOD DOES NOT WANT TO LOSE ME

Matthew 18: 12- 14

In the same way, your Father in heaven is not willing that any of these little ones should perish.  (NIV)

Matthew 18: 14

God does not tolerate losing one of his own. It doesn’t matter how many he has with him. If one, even one, strays away from him, he cannot be at peace, he goes out in search of him because he is not happy knowing that he is missing one of his least ones.

We will not be lost sheep, but we may be a little separated from our faith life. Perhaps we have gotten more carried away by our times and dynamics, and we have distanced ourselves, justifying our absence and distance from you.

We are weak far from God, we are manipulated by our selfish, individual being and power, and the saddest thing is that, outside of God, we are disarmed for facing life.  

He always comes to meet us, he constantly insists for us. He is waiting for us, ready to receive us.

It doesn’t matter what we do, or where we are, God is there ready with his arms open. But be careful, don’t delay in going to meet him, don’t play around, and even less, mock behind justifications and excuses for not being part of his flock.  

God doesn’t want to lose you. Let us alleviate the wait for him by returning to his fold, where life is more pleasant, calm and full of faith. Let’s not waste any more time, let’s get closer to God, we still have time.

 

Prayer: Lord, you are my good Shepherd and I want to be consistent with you, to respond to your love with my commitment to be faithful and no longer separate myself from you. Amen

DIOS NO ME QUIERE PERDER

Mateo 18: 12- 14

El Padre que está en el cielo no quiere que se pierda ninguno de estos pequeños.

Mateo 18: 14

Dios no tolera perder a uno de los suyos. No importa cuantos tiene con Él. Si uno, aunque sea uno se le aleja, no puede estar en paz, sale en su búsqueda porque no es feliz sabiendo que le falta uno de sus más pequeños.

No seremos ovejas perdidas, pero quizás estemos un poco apartados de nuestra vida de fe. Quizás nos hemos dejado llevar más por nuestros tiempos y dinámicas y nos hemos alejado justificando nuestra ausencia y distancia de ti.

Lejos de Dios somos débiles, somos manipulados por nuestro ser egoísta, individual y poder y lo más triste es que fuera de Dios estamos desarmados para enfrentar la vida.

Él siempre viene a nuestro encuentro, insiste constantemente en nosotros. Nos espera dispuesto a recibirnos.

No importa lo que hagamos, ni donde estemos. Dios está ahí listo con sus brazos abiertos. Pero cuidado, no demores en ir a su encuentro, ni juegues y menos te burles detrás de justificaciones y excusas para no estar y ser parte de su rebaño.

Dios no te quiere perder. Aliviemos su espera volviendo a su redil, allí donde la vida es más amena, tranquila y llena de fe. No perdamos más tiempo, acerquémonos a Dios, aún estamos a tiempo.

 

Oración: Señor, tú eres mi buen Pastor y quiero ser coherente contigo. Responder a tu amor con mi compromiso de serte fiel y no apartarme más de ti. Amén
