WISDOM AND HOPE
EPHESIANS 1:15-23
that the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory, may give you a spirit of wisdom and revelation as you come to know him,

The Apostle Paul offers a prayer of thanksgiving and supplication for the church. He acknowledges the faith and love of the believers and asks that God grant them a spirit of wisdom and revelation so that they may know Him more deeply.

Paul emphasizes that the eyes of the heart must be enlightened to understand the hope to which we have been called and the riches of the inheritance we have in Him. This is not merely intellectual knowledge, but a spiritual experience that transforms the way we live.
Furthermore, the text reveals to us the greatness of God’s power, manifested in the resurrection of Christ. That same power of God is available to us, strengthening our faith and sustaining us in the midst of such turbulent times.
The Church is called to live in that hope, knowing that Christ is the head and we are His body, filled with His fullness.
Prayer: Lord, open the eyes of my heart to understand the hope and power You have given me in Christ. Help me to live with gratitude, faith, and love, reflecting Your glory in everything I do. Amen.

SABIDURÍA Y ESPERANZA
EFESIOS 1:15-23
Para que el Dios de nuestro Señor Jesucristo, el Padre de gloria, os dé espíritu de sabiduría y de revelación en el conocimiento de él
Efesios 1:17

El  Apóstol Pablo tiene una oración de gratitud y súplica por la iglesia. Reconoce la fe y el amor de los creyentes, y pide que Dios les conceda espíritu de sabiduría y revelación para conocerlo más profundamente. 
Pablo enfatiza que los ojos del corazón deben ser iluminados para comprender la esperanza a la que hemos sido llamados y la riqueza de la herencia que tenemos en Él. No se trata de un conocimiento meramente intelectual, sino de una experiencia espiritual que transforma nuestra manera de vivir.
Además, el texto nos muestra la grandeza del poder de Dios, manifestado en la resurrección de Cristo. Ese mismo poder de Dios está disponible para nosotros, fortaleciendo nuestra fe y sosteniéndonos en medio de tiempos tan convulsos.
La Iglesia es llamada a vivir en esa esperanza, sabiendo que Cristo es la cabeza y nosotros su cuerpo, llenos de su plenitud.
Oración: Señor, abre los ojos de mi corazón para comprender la esperanza y el poder que me has dado en Cristo. Hazme vivir con gratitud, fe y amor, reflejando tu gloria en todo lo que hago. Amén.
