MY GOD, THANK YOU

MATTHEW 10:7-33

You received without payment; give without payment.

Matthew 10:8 (NRSV)

There are lives like springs that cause all the seeds they water to germinate, flower, and bear fruit.

Such lives, which are scarce these days, need to be reestablished again so that they may germinate, flower and bear fruit. Without naming names, let’s look around ourselves. God is at our side.

Gratitude is a virtue by which we recognize gifts received and try to reciprocate. Gratitude is an inner attitude which tries to express itself in words and works.

We must live with hearts overflowing with gratitude for the fruits of blessing which God gives us every day through the witness of other people, through the life of community.

Each day, I ask God to help me have a heart so disposed that this gratitude is reflected in all that I do and in all that I say.

Prayer: God of love, I give you thanks for all the blessings in my life. Allow me to always have a grateful heart. Grant that I may present myself as an offering in service to those around me in response to that infinite grace that we receive from you. Amen.

GRACIAS MI DIOS

MATEO 10:7-33

De gracia recibisteis, dad de gracias

Mateo 10:8

Hay vidas como manantiales, que hacen germinar, florecer y fructificar a toda simiente que riegan.

Esas vidas que hoy en día escasean tenemos que lograr de nuevo que geminen, florezcan y fructifiquen. Para no dar nombres miremos a nuestro alrededor. Dios está a nuestro lado.

La gratitud es una virtud por la cual reconocemos los regalos recibidos y tratamos de corresponder. La gratitud es una disposición interior que trata de expresarse en palabras y obras.

Debemos vivir con el corazón desbordante de agradecimiento por los frutos de bendición que Dios nos concede cada día a través del testimonio de personas, a través de la vida en comunidad.

Le pido a Dios cada día que me ayude a tener un corazón dispuesto para que esta gratitud se refleje en todo lo que hago y en todo lo que digo.

Oración: Te doy gracias Dios de amor, por todas las bendiciones en mi vida. Concédeme tener siempre un corazón agradecido. Concédeme el brindarme en ofrenda de servicio a los demás en respuesta a esa gracia infinita que de ti recibimos.  Amén.
