LET US NOT JUDGE OTHERS

Luke 6:36-38

Give, and it will be given to you. A good measure, pressed down, shaken together and running over, will be poured into your lap. For with the measure you use, it will be measured to you.

Luke 6:38 (NIV)

“With the yardstick you will one day measure yourself by,” this constitutes one of the sayings from the Bible that have passed into our present-day lore.

In any case, judging, criticizing, suspecting another, is a vice from which few escape, and from which we must be healed because we ourselves need assurance that we may be treated fairly.

We need, Lord, for your Word to be within us, in such a way, that what we speak may agree with what is in our hearts.

Do not take anything for granted. If you have harmed someone, clear it up. False assumptions may cause you to come up with false conclusions. If you always do the best you can, you can’t recriminate yourself. You are what comes out of your mouth.

 

Prayer: Lord my God do not allow us to assume. Let us honor our words, always do our best and not take anything personally. Amen

NO JUZGAR A OTROS.

Lucas 6:36-38

Den a otros, y Dios les dard a ustedes. Les dard en su bolsa una medida buena, apretada, sacudida y repleta. Con la misma medida con que ustedes miden a otros, Dios devolverd a ustedes.

Lucas 6:38

“Con la vara que un dia mides te medirán”, este constituye uno de los dichos de la Biblia que han pasado a nuestro acervo actual.

De cualquier manera el juzgar, criticar, sospechar del otro, forma parte de un vicio de los que pocos escapan, y del que tenemos que sanar pues nosotros mismos necesitamos fianza.

Necesitamos Señor que tu Palabra sea insertada en nosotros, de manera tal, que lo que hablemos concuerde con lo que abunda en nuestro corazón.

No des nada por supuesto. Si tienes deudas acláralas. Suponer te hace inventar historias. Si siempre haces lo mejor que puedas no podrás recriminarte nada. Eres lo que sale de tu boca.

 

Oración: Señor mi Dios, haz que no supongamos, que honremos nuestras palabras, hacer siempre lo mejor que podamos y no tomar nada de forma personal. Amén
