EVERYONE IS IN ROBES

ROMANS 3:21-23

“I only understand that God shown no partiality,

but in every nation anyone who fears him

and does what is right is acceptable to him. ”

Acts 10:34-35

     Many people are gathered in the medical institution where I am undergoing a health treatment. I couldn’t say whether one of them works elegantly dressed, or in sports attire,   or if one is simply a janitor, or which of them travels to work in a bus, on foot, or by car.

     There, differences are inconspicuous; we’re all on the same level. Everyone’s wearing a robe; everyone receives treatment in the same manner.

 This reminds us that God does not play favorites. The color of the skin, social origen, or intellectual level is not important to Him. The verdict is the same for everyone; there’s no difference, everyone has sinned. Each person should concern himself much more for this divine assessment than for the opinion of his fellow man, as one day he will have to give an account before the just  and holy God.

     The Holy God is also the God of love who offers everyone freedom and forgiveness, therefore, he invites each of us to accept Jesus as his personal Savior. He also approaches you today. He loves you as you are, with your qualities and defects, your richness and your poorness, your energy and your exhaustion…

Prayer:  Thank you Father because you love us equally, without giving importance to who we are. Amen.

ROMANOS 3:21-23

“En verdad comprendo que Dios no hace acepción

de personas, sino que en toda nación se agrada

del que le teme y hace justicia”

Hechos 10:34-35

En la institución médica donde me estoy sometiendo a un tratamiento para la salud se reúne mucha gente. No puedo decir si alguno de ellos trabaja con un traje elegante, uno deportivo, o si alguno sólo es auxiliar de limpieza,  o cuál de ellos va al trabajo en guagua, a pie o tiene  carro. Allí no se notan diferencias, todos estamos al mismo nivel, todos estamos en bata. Y  a todos se nos aplica el tratamiento de la misma manera.

Esto nos recuerda que Dios no hace acepción  de personas. El color de la piel, el origen social o el nivel intelectual no tienen importancia para Él. El veredicto es el mismo para todos: no hay diferencia, todos pecaron. Cada uno debería preocuparse mucho más por esta apreciación divina que por la opinión de sus semejantes, pues un día tendrán que rendir cuenta ante el Dios justo y santo. El Dios Santo  también es el Dios de amor que ofrece  a todos la liberación y el perdón, por ello invita a cada uno a aceptar a Jesús como su Salvador personal. También se dirige a usted en el día de hoy. Él le ama tal como es, con sus cualidades y defectos, su riqueza y su pobreza, su energía y cansancio...

Oración: Gracias Padre, porque tú nos amas igual, sin importar quienes seamos. Amén.
