AN EXHORTATION FOR YOUNG BELIEVERS

1 JOHN 5:14-15

“And if we know that he hears us—whatever we ask—we know that we have what we asked of him.”

1 John 5:15

“God’s will is for us to receive everything from Him through prayer.  Jesus is a precious example for us in this.  He would spend entire nights in prayer.  We always need the help of the Lord, as much in moments of great importance and in those small details of our lives.  From morning on, let us pray for everything, and continue thus throughout the entire day. There is nothing too small for prayer.  Let us pray for the simplest things in our lives and Jesus will help us.  I pray for the smallest details, and often, before leaving my home, I’ve received two or three answers to my prayers.

Young believers, at the beginning of your life in faith, learn to hope in God for everything.  Learn to know the Lord Jesus as your personal friend, a friend who can and wants to help you in everything.  What grace to be able to be carried in his arms all day long!

The life of a believer is made up of a great number of small things.  Each day brings us new trials.  If we attempt to resolve them through our own efforts and our own wisdom, we will soon become discouraged.  But if, on the contrary, we put everything into God’s hands, He will help us and will light our pathways.  Our life will be happy, for the glory of the Lord.”

Prayer: Be with us, Heavenly Father, in each step we take, trusting that in everything that we ask for in prayer will be given to us. In your name we pray. Amen 

UNA EXHORTACIÓN A JÓVENES CREYENTES

1RA DE JUAN  5:14-15

“Y si sabemos que él nos oye en cualquier cosa que pidamos,

sabemos que tenemos las peticiones que le hayamos hecho”

1ra de Juan 5:15

“La voluntad de Dios es que recibamos todo de Él mediante la oración. En esto Jesús  es un precioso ejemplo para nosotros. Pasaba noches enteras orando. Siempre necesitamos la ayuda del Señor, tanto en los grandes momentos como en los pequeños detalles de nuestra vida. Desde la mañana, oremos por cada cosa, y que así sea durante todo el día. No hay nada que sea demasiado pequeño para la oración. Oremos por las cosas más sencillas de nuestra vida y Jesús nos ayudará. Oro por los más pequeños detalles, y a menudo, por  la mañana, antes de dejar mi habitación, he recibido dos o tres respuestas a mis oraciones.

Jóvenes creyentes, al principio de su vida en la fe, aprendan a esperar en Dios para todo. Aprendan a conocer al Señor Jesús como su amigo personal, un amigo que puede y quiere ayudarles en todo. ¡Qué gracia poder ser llevado en sus brazos durante todo el día!

La vida del creyente está compuesta por un gran número de pequeñas cosas. Cada día nos trae pequeñas pruebas. Si tratamos de alejarlas con nuestra propia fuerza y nuestra propia sabiduría, pronto estaremos desamparados. Pero si, al contrario, ponemos todo en las manos de Dios, Él nos ayudará e iluminará  nuestro camino. Nuestra vida será feliz, para la gloria del Señor”

Oración: Acompáñanos Padre Celestial, en cada paso que demos, confiando en que todo lo que pedimos en oración, nos será concedido. En tu nombre oramos. Amén.
