TRUSTING

PSALM 120:1-2

 In my distress I cry to the LORD, that he may answer me:

 "Deliver me, O LORD, from lying lips, from a deceitful tongue.

Psalm 120:1

Trust is an attitude that is in crisis. Often we prefer to distrust unfamiliar experiences or people. Perhaps it’s self-preservation, but what about our trust in God whom we say we know?

Today is the day to begin trusting God completely; today is a day for us to place our lives fully in his hands and believe with all our strength that God will do something marvelous with us. And it is when we trust God that He will repay our trust. It doesn’t make any difference how you feel today, if you trust that you are in his hands a peace will fill your being, and He will look after you.

Today, I invite you to pray, wherever you are, and tell God that you trust in Him. Then you will begin to feel how God’s Spirit will give you the peace so necessary to deal in total calm and serenity with the ups and downs that life insists on placing in our path every day.

Keep on believing; keep on believing. But above all allow God to act in your life to bring about that which he has planned to do. Then you will truly know and understand what He has chosen for you.

Prayer: God, I trust in you today and will trust in you throughout the rest of my life. Forgive my doubts and my periods of lack of faith. Amen.

SALMO 120:1-2

Salmo 120:1

La confianza es una actitud que está en crisis. Muchas veces preferimos desconfiar, de las experiencias o personas desconocidas. Puede ser nuestro instinto de conservación, pero ¿qué hay de nuestra confianza en Dios, a quién decimos conocer?

Hoy es el día de comenzar a confiar plenamente en Dios, hoy es un día donde debemos depositar completamente nuestra vida en sus manos y creer con todas nuestras fuerzas que Dios hará algo maravilloso en nosotros. Y es que cuando confiamos en Dios, Él recompensa nuestra confianza.

No importa cómo te sientas hoy,  si confías que estás en sus  manos,  una paz inunda tu ser, pues Él cuidará de ti.

Hoy te invito a orar, allí donde quiera que te encuentres, y dile a Dios que confías en Él y comenzarás a sentir como el Espíritu de Dios te dará la paz que tanto necesitas para afrontar con total calma y serenidad los avatares que la vida se empeña en ponernos a diario en nuestro camino.

Sigue creyendo, sigue confiando. Pero sobre todo deja a Dios actuar en  tu vida para que Él haga en ti lo que tiene pensado hacer. Así entonces sabrás verdaderamente para qué fuiste escogido.

Oración: En ti confío Dios. Desde hoy y para el resto de mis días. Perdóname por mis dudas y mis crisis de fe. Amén.
