FAITHFULNESS IN UNCERTAIN TIMES

Luke 12:39-48

From the one who has been entrusted with much, much more will be asked.

Luke 12:48b (NIV)

In times of uncertainty and material need, let us remember that God calls us to be faithful and prudent. He has entrusted us with resources and gifts that we can use to help others in their difficulties. In the midst of the many material needs that we face in Cuba, we often feel overwhelmed by these circumstances. However, we must remember that, as servants of God, we have a responsibility. We are called to be a light of hope in the midst of darkness.

Christ tells us that those who have been entrusted with much, of them much will be demanded. It is not just a matter of our material resources, but also of our time and energy. We must use all this knowledge, sharing generously with those who need our support. Faithfulness in these challenging times is a powerful testimony of our faith in God.

 

Prayer: Lord, give us the strength and wisdom to be faithful servants in difficult times. May we be instruments of your love and hope in our community, bringing comfort and support to those who need it most. Amen

FIDELIDAD EN TIEMPOS INCIERTOS

Lucas 12:39-48

A quien mucho se le da, también se le pedirá mucho...

En momentos de incertidumbre y necesidad material, recordemos que Dios nos llama a ser fieles y prudentes. Él nos ha confiado recursos y dones que podemos utilizar para ayudar a otros en sus dificultades. En medio de las muchas necesidades materiales que enfrentamos en Cuba, a menudo nos sentimos abrumados por las circunstancias. Sin embargo, debemos recordar que, como siervos de Dios, tenemos una responsabilidad. Somos llamados a ser luces de esperanza en medio de la oscuridad.

Cristo nos enseña que aquellos a quienes se les ha confiado mucho, se les exigirá mucho. No se trata solo de nuestros recursos materiales, sino también de nuestro tiempo y energias. Debemos usar todo esto sabiamente, compartiendo con generosidad con aquellos que necesitan nuestro apoyo. La fidelidad en estos tiempos desafiantes es un testimonio poderoso de nuestra fe en Dios.

 

Oración: Señor, danos la fuerza y la sabiduria para ser siervos fieles en tiempos dificiles. Que podamos ser instrumentos de tu amor y esperanza en nuestra comunidad, brindando consuelo y apoyo a aquellos que más lo necesitan. Amén.
