JESUS’ HARD WORDS (I)

Matthew 10: 1-7

Jesus called his twelve disciples to him and gave them authority to drive out impure sporots and to heal every disease and illness.  (NIV)

Matthew 10:1

This passage shows the importance that Jesus placed on the formation of his disciples and his preparation to continue the work after his departure.

Some of the reasons to prepare ourselves in our lives as Christians are: To grow in our faith, be better equipped to share the gospel, better face life’s challenges, and serve others by making a positive difference in the world.

Jesus stresses the importance of the disciples’ mission. It is not only about curing diseases, but also about proclaiming the message of the Kingdom of God. For this, he gives specific instructions and trusts his disciples to do it.

As Christians, it is important to prepare ourselves to live a full and meaningful life in Christ. Through the training we learn more about the Bible and the teachings of Jesus. This helps us better understand our relationship with God and how we can live according to his will. It also equips us to share our faith with others and to be witnesses of God’s love in the world.

 

Prayer: Lord, I ask you to guide me in my formation. Help me understand your Word and apply it in my life. May it be an instrument of peace and hope in your hands. Amen.

Las palabras duras de Jesús (I)

Mateo 10: 1-7

Entonces llamando a sus doce discípulos, les dio potestadcontra los espíritus inmundos, para que los echasen fuera ysanasen toda enfermedad y toda dolencia

La instrucción es fundamental en cualquier proceso deaprendizaje. Permite adquirir conocimiento, habilidades ydestrezas para desenvolverse en cualquier ámbito de la vida.

Este pasaje muestra la importancia que Jesús daba a laformación de sus discípulos y su preparación para continuar laobra después de su partida.

Algunas de las razones para prepararnos en nuestra vida comocristianos son: Para crecer en nuestra fe, estar mejor equipadospara compartir el evangelio, enfrentar mejor los desafíos de lavida y servir a los demás haciendo una diferencia positiva en elmundo.

Jesús destaca la importancia de la misión de los discípulos Nosolo se trata de curar enfermedades, sino también deproclamar el mensaje del Reino de Dios. Par ello da instrucciones específicas y confía en sus discípulos parahacerlo.

Como cristianos, es importante prepararnos para vivir una vida plena y significativa en Cristo. A través de la formaciónaprendemos más sobre la Biblia y las enseñanzas de Jesús. Estonos ayuda a entender mejor nuestra relación con Dios y cómopodemos vivir de acuerdo a su voluntad. También nos equipapara compartir nuestra fe con otros y ser testigos del amor deDios en el mundo.

 

Oración: Señor, te pido que me guíes en mi formación. Ayúdame a comprender tu Palabra y a aplicarla en mi vida.Que pueda ser un instrumento de paz y esperanza en tusmanos. Amén.
