We Need Your Holiness

Matthew 8: 5-13

And to the centurion Jesus said, “Go; let it be done for you according to your faith.” And the servant was healed in that hour.

Every morning we wake up with the hope that today will be a better day. But hope is not enough because we know how many things we would have to solve to make everything better, and we do not have enough for the day, the month, or the year. There are also things that are not in our hands. Therefore, let us leave everything that we cannot solve in God’s hands. Let us approach Jesus like the Roman centurion and pray to him: to pray is to  ask humbly and insistently beg someone to do something for us.

Let us ask Jesus today in humility and pray without ceasing for his healing, peace, mercy and blessing to be poured into our lives and all of creation. Jesus will perform the daily miracle and heal, even if we do not love. Let us live confident that He hears our prayers and will bless our daily petitions. With this faith, with this assurance, we will arrive at the end of this day thankful that all has been as we have believed.

 

Oración: Jesus, today we pray to You for all the sick people, sick in body and soul. There is so much to heal. Bless our day, and give us faith and hope in your miracles. We need you today and always. Amen.

Necesitamos tu santidad

Mateo 8: 5-13

Luego Jesús le dijo al capitán: Vete a tu casa, y que se haga tal como has creído. En ese momento el criado quedó sano.

Cada mañana despertamos con la esperanza de que hoy sea un mejor día. Pero las esperanzas no son suficientesporque sabemos las tantas cosas que tuviéramos queresolver para que todo sea mejor, y no nos alcanza el día,el mes, ni el año. También hay cosas que no están ennuestras manos. Por eso todo aquello que no podamosresolver, dejémoslo en manos de Dios. Acerquémonos aJesús como el centurión romano (capitán) y roguémosle.Rogar es pedir con humildad y suplicar con insistencia aalguien que haga algo por nosotros.

Pidamos a Jesús hoy con humildad y supliquemos sincesar porque su sanidad, paz, misericordia y bendiciónse derrame en nuestras vidas y en toda la creación. Jesúshará el milagro de cada día y sanará, aunque no loveamos. Vivamos confiados que Él escucha nuestrasoraciones y bendecirá nuestras peticiones diarias. Conesta fe, con esta seguridad, llegaremos al final de este díaagradecidos que todo ha sido como hemos creído.

 

Oración: Jesús, hoy te pedimos por todas las personas enfermas, los enfermos del cuerpo y del alma. Hay tantopor sanar. Bendice nuestro día, y danos fe y esperanzaen tus milagros. Te necesitamos hoy y siempre. Amén.
