WHAT MATTERS BEFORE GOD

Luke 6: 20-26

Blessed are you who hunger now, for you will be satisfied.

Luke  6:21 (NIV)

We face in life moments of pain and need. However, this passage invites us to keep the faith. By trusting in God with all our lives, we find the strength to persevere. In difficult times, let us seek God in prayer and support those who suffer. By doing so, we cultivate hope and love, encouraging and sustaining ourselves in the difficult situations we are experiencing, knowing that joy will also come. We can look for the opportunity to serve and grow in the pain of an experience. Let us look for these opportunities to support those who need it and share what we have and what we are: food, strength, faith. Joy in the midst of adversity is a theme that accompanies this text and challenges us to have a divine, hopeful view of our circumstances. It is not about denying pain, but about active hope, doing for one another and sharing what we have.

Let us offer safe spaces so that those who come to us can express their pain and live hope together.

Prayer: Lord, may your words be the necessary shocks to increase our faith. Amen.

LO QUE CUENTA ANTES DIOS.

Lucas 6: 20-26

Dichosos ustedes los que ahora tienen hambre, pues quedaran satisfechos.

Lucas  6:21

En la vida, enfrentamos momentos de dolor y necesidad. Sin embargo, este pasaje nos invita a mantener la fe. Al confiar en Dios con toda nuestra vida encontramos las fuerzas para perseverar. En tiempos difíciles busquemos a Dios en oración y apoyemos a quienes sufre. Al hacerlo cultivamos la esperanza, el amor, animándonos y sosteniéndonos en las situaciones difíciles que estemos viviendo, sabiendo que la alegría también llegara. Podemos buscar en el dolor de una experiencia la oportunidad para servir y crecer. Busquemos estas oportunidades para apoyar a quienes lo necesitan y compartamos lo que tenemos y lo que somos, el alimento, las fuerzas, la fe. El gozo en medio de las adversidades es un tema que acompaña este texto y nos desafía a tener una mirada divina, de esperanza sobre nuestras circunstancias. No se trata de una negación al dolor, sino de esperanza activa, haciendo, los unos a los otros y compartiendo lo que tenemos.

Ofrezcamos espacios seguros para que quienes se acercan puedan expresar su dolor y vivamos la esperanza juntas y juntos.

Oración: Señor,  que tus palabras sean sacudidas necesarias para aumentar nuestra fe. Amén.
