SPILL OUT YOUR HEART IN PRAYER

Zephaniah 3:17

You are my God, and I will praise you; you are my God, and I will exalt you. (NIV)

Psalm 118:28

            We cannot think of prayer as a routine task; instead, we should consider it as the communication with the Only One who adores us.           

            The Lord tells us: delight yourself in me. This will irresistibly draw us into closer communion with him, remembering all that he has done for us. He loves us with a perfect and eternal love.

            Often, the easiest way to start talking to Jesus is by thanking him for being our Savior, Redeemer, and friend. We can also thank him for the things that are happening in our lives, our family and the church. These prayers of gratitude easily connect us to God and ease the path to other prayers.

            Since the Lord knows everything about our circumstances, we can speak freely with him. He will never reject us, for our sins have already been totally forgiven by the blood of Christ.

 

Prayer: thank you Lord Jesus Christ, for washing me and cleansing me of my sins. I thank you for being my savior and my friend. Amen.

DERRAME SU CORAZON EN ORACION

Sofonias 3:17

Mi Dios eres tú, y te alabaré; Dios mío, te exaltaré

Salmo 118:28

            No podemos pensar en la oración como una tarea rutinaria. En lugar de eso, debemos considerarla como la comunicación con el Único que nos adora.

            El Señor nos dice: deléitate en mí. Esto nos atraerá irresistiblemente a una comunión más estrecha con Él, recordando todo lo que Él ha hecho por nosotros. Nos ama con un amor perfecto y eterno.

            A menudo la forma más fácil de empezar a hablar con Jesús  es agradeciéndole por ser nuestro Salvador, Redentor y Amigo. También podemos darle las gracias por las cosas que están sucediendo en nuestras vidas, nuestra familia, la iglesia. Estas oraciones de gratitud nos conectan fácilmente con Dios y facilitan el camino hacia otras oraciones.

             Ya que el Señor conoce todo sobre nuestras circunstancias, podemos hablarle libremente. Él nunca nos va a rechazar, pues nuestros pecados ya han sido perdonados en su totalidad por la sangre de Cristo.

 

Oración: Gracias Señor Jesucristo, por lavarme y limpiarme de mis pecados. Te doy gracias por ser mi salvador y mi amigo. Amén.
