LET IT BE ACCORDING TO YOUR WILL

Luke 1: 26-38

“Here am I, the servant of the Lord; let it be with me according to your word.”

Luke 1:38(NRSV)

Our lives proceed according to God’s will, as the story of the young Mary proceeded, who despite her fears, humbly accepted God’s plan for her life, trusted the angel’s announccment and was prepared to comply with it. Despite the difficulties and challenges that confronted her, Mary trusted that God would fulfill his promise and sustain her at all times. With God, all things are possible, and God has a perfect plan for each one of us.

May we be able to follow the example of Mary today and always by being prepared to obey God, trust in God’s faithfulness, and allow God to guide us in his perfect will. May it be according to God’s will in our life and in the life of each human. Today we live trusting in the blessed will of our Lord who accompanies and sustains us.

 

Prayer: Thank you, Lord, for one more day of life, for allowing us to exist and for residing in our midst. May your Reign of peace, justice, and mercy be accomplished in me and in us. Amen.

HÁGASE SU VOLUNTAD

Lucas 1: 26-38

…Aquí está la sierva del Señor; hágase conmigo conforme a tu palabra.

Lucas 1:38

Nuestras vidas transcurren según la voluntad de nuestro Dios, como transcurre la historia de la joven María, quien a pesar de sus miedos, acepta humildemente el plan de Dios para su vida y confió en el anuncio del ángel y se dispuso a cumplirla. A pesar de las dificultades y los desafíos que enfrentó, María confió en que Dios cumpliría su promesa y la sostendría en todo momento. Con Dios todas las cosas son posibles y nos tiene un plan perfecto para cada uno de nosotros.

Que hoy y siempre podamos seguir el ejemplo de María al estar dispuestos a obedecer a Dios, confiar en su fidelidad y permitirle guiarnos en su perfecta voluntad. Que se haga su voluntad en nuestra vida y en la vida de cada ser humano. Vivamos este hoy confiados en la bendita voluntad de nuestro Señor, quien nos acompaña y nos sostiene.

 

Oración: Señor, gracias por un día más de vida, por permitirnos existir y por habitar en medio nuestro. Hágase en mí y en nosotros tu Reino de paz, justicia y misericordia. Amén.
