MY GOD ALWAYS HELPS ME

Hebrews 13:5-6

. . . So we say with confidence, “The Lord is my helper; I will not be afraid. What can mere mortals do to me?” (NIV)

Hebrews 13:6b

            We are not free from problems during our life passage, neither from sadness nor difficult moments. The best way to confront each situation and triumph is that we take Jesus’s hand, as would a small child who grabs the hand of his father in search of help. The Bible promises that God is with us and never abandons us.

            The new life we begin when we receive forgiveness, and the love of God is full of challenges in which it is possible to achieve victory. It’s certain that at times doubts and fears will arise, but if we fill our minds with the Bible’s words, what God promises us, sadness will never dominate our hearts, knowing that God is a father who is together with his children.

            Each day, let us remember the presence of Christ in our lives. It is simply but powerfully about allowing God to control each area: our spirit, feelings, emotions, thoughts, actions, our money, family and interpersonal relationships. In short, all of life.

            This is achieved through prayer, Bible reading, and putting faith into practice in all that we do. God will always be at our side

 

Prayer: I surrender my whole life to you Lord, so that it is you in each of its moments. Amen.

MI DIOS SIEMPRE ME AYUDA

Hebreos 13:5-6

. . . El Señor es mi ayudador; no temeré lo que me pueda

Hebreos 13:6b

            Durante nuestro paso por la vida, no estaremos libres de problemas, tristezas ni momentos difíciles. La mejor manera de enfrentar cada situación y triunfar es tomarnos de la mano de Jesús tal como un niño pequeño se aferra  a la mano de su padre en busca de ayuda. La Biblia promete que Dios está con nosotros y jamás nos desampara.

            La nueva vida que comenzamos cuando recibimos el perdón y el amor de Dios está llena de retos en los cuales es posible lograr la victoria. Es cierto que a veces llegarán las dudas y los temores, pero si llenamos nuestra mente con las palabras de la Biblia, lo que Dios nos promete, la tristeza nunca logrará dominar nuestro corazón, sabiendo que Dios es un Padre que está junto a sus hijos.

            Recordemos cada día la presencia de Cristo en nuestra vida. Se trata sencilla pero poderosamente de permitir que Dios controle cada área: nuestro espíritu, sentimientos, emociones,  pensamientos, acciones, nuestro dinero, familia, relaciones interpersonales en fin, toda la vida. Esto se logra mediante la oración, la lectura de la Biblia, y la puesta en práctica de la fe en todo lo que hacemos. Dios siempre estará a nuestro lado.

 

Oración:  Te entrego toda mi vida Señor, para que estés tú en cada momento de ella. Amén.
