COURAGE, LET'S NOT LOSE FAITH

Matthew 9: 18-26

Jesus turned, and seeing her he said, “Take heart, daughter; your faith has made you well.”

Matthew 9:22 (NRSV)

These two miracles teach us the importance of faith in the Christian life. Both the religious leader and the sick woman demonstrate a deep faith in Jesus, trusting that He had the power to heal and bring life. Their faith let them experience the transformative power of Jesus.

In our own lives, we also need to have a firm faith in God. At times we confront impossible or challenging situations which appear to be far beyond our ability to resolve. But when we trust in God and place our faith in Him, we can experience his supernatural power to bring health, restoration, and new life.

May this passage inspire our confidence in God in the midst of our difficulties and challenges. May we draw close to God with faith, knowing that he has the power to transform our lives and bring hope where none seems to exist.

 

Prayer: Our God, today give us the hope that we need. Give us the trust that you will intercede in our midst. May your Spirit give us encouragement and help us to strengthen our faith. Amen.

ÁNIMO, NO PERDAMOS LA FE

Mateo 9: 18-26

Pero Jesús se dio la vuelta, vio a la. mujer y le dijo: «Ánimo, hija, por tu fe has sido sana».

Mateo 9: 22

Estos dos milagros nos enseñan la importancia de la fe en la vida cristiana. Tanto el líder religioso como la mujer enferma demostraron una fe profunda en Jesús, confiando en que Él tenía el poder para sanar y traer vida. Su fe les permitió experimentar el poder transformador de Jesús.

En nuestras propias vidas, también necesitamos tener una fe firme en Dios. A veces enfrentamos situaciones imposibles o desafiantes que parecen estar más allá de nuestra capacidad de resolver. Pero cuando confiamos en Dios y ponemos nuestra fe en Él, podemos experimentar su poder sobrenatural para traer sanidad, restauración y vida nueva.

Que este pasaje nos inspire a confiar en Dios en medio de nuestras dificultades y desafíos. Que podamos acercarnos a Él con fe, sabiendo que tiene el poder para transformar nuestras vidas y traer esperanza donde parece no haber ninguna.

 

Oración: Dios nuestro, danos hoy la esperanza que tanto necesitamos. Danos la confianza de que intercedes en medio de ellos. Que tu Espíritu nos dé ánimos y nos ayude a fortalecer nuestra fe. Amén.
