TRUST IN JESUS

Mark 1: 32-34

And Jesus healed many who had various diseases. He also drove out many demons, but he would not allow the demons to speak, because they knew who he was.  (NIV)

Cusa is a ninety-six year old Christian woman, who claims to take vitamin A every day, which keeps her standing and fighting the battle of life amid all diseases.

But the Vitamin A that she takes is not what we imagine, because it does not contain chemical substances, it simply contains love (amor). “The love of Jesus accompanies me, the vitamin of the love of Jesus sustains me,” so she says every day.

In our daily lives we face different illnesses and spiritual struggles. There are body pains and pains of the soul. Some curable and some not. But we can find comfort and hope in Jesus, who has the power to heal us. Faith in Jesus keeps us strong above any suffering and affliction. Let us trust in his healing and liberating power. Remember that Jesus is the same yesterday, today and forever, and his mercy never changes. Trust him and experience the love and healing that only he can offer you.

Let us not forget to take vitamin A, the vitamin of Jesus’ love, so that like Cusa, your faith sustains you.

 

Prayer: Lord Jesus, may your healing and liberating power spill over into our world. May your goodness and mercy be upon creation. We trust you with our lives to sustain us in your love, today and always. Amen.

CONFÍA EN JESÚS

Marcos 1: 32-34

Y sanó a muchos que estaban enfermos de diversas enfermedades, y echó fuera muchos demonios; y no dejaba hablar a los demonios, porque le conocían.

Marcos 1:34

Cusa es una cristiana de 96 años, quien todos los dias asegura tomar vitamina A, la cual la mantiene en pie y librando la batalla de la vida por encima de todas las enfermedades.

Pero la Vitamina A, que ella toma no es la que imaginamos, pues no contiene sustancias quimicas, simplemente contiene AMOR. El amor de Jesús me acompaña, la vitamina del amor de Jesús me sostiene, asi dice cada dia.

En nuestra vida diaria enfrentamos diferentes enfermedades y luchas espirituales. Hay dolores del cuerpo y dolores del alma. Algunos curables y otros no. Pero podemos encontrar consuelo y esperanza en Jesús, quien tiene el poder de sanarnos. La fe en Jesús nos mantiene con fuerzas por encima de cualquier padecimiento y aflicción. Confiemos en su poder sanador y liberador. Recuerda que Jesús es el mismo ayer, hoy y siempre y su misericordia nunca cambian. Confia en Él y experimenta el amor y la sanidad que solo Él puede ofrecerte.

No olvidemos tomar la vitamina A, la vitamina del amor de Jesús, para que como Cusa, tu fe te sostenga.

Oración: Señor Jesús, que tu poder sanador y liberador se derrame en nuestro mundo. Que tu bondad y misericordia sean con la creación. En ti confiamos nuestras vidas para que nos sostengas en tu amor, hoy y siempre, amén.
