COME TO GOD AND REST

Isaiah 30:15-19

This is what the Sovereign Lord, the Holy One of Israel, says: “In repentance and rest is your salvation, in quietness and trust is your strength, …”

Isaiah 30:15 (NIV)

Rest in my peaceful presence. Be silent so you can feel my voice speaking to your weary heart. If you truly trust in me, that trust will bring you peace and that will be your strength in days of distress. When you need to regain your strength, rest in my presence. When you need to weep, rejoice and rest in my presence. Do not be dismayed in the spiritual search to be in perfect communion with me. The temptations of the world are many and seem strong, but I am your God; I love you and I am infinitely greater than all the problems that seek to destroy you. I am glad that you come to me to rest; you recognize that you cannot do it alone and that you need your God. Many people stray from my presence in their suffering. You must do the opposite, the greater the pain, the greater you need my Spirit. Come and rest; do not leave it for tomorrow. Come, and I will be your ideal help. Come to me and rest.

Prayer: Your grace, Lord, manifests itself out of weariness. I come to you because you are my strength. In Jesus’ name, amen.

VEN A DIOS Y REPOSA

Isaias 30:15-19

Porque así ha dicho el Señor “En descanso y en reposo seréis salvos; en quietud y en confianza será vuestra fortaleza.”

Isaías 30:15

Reposa en mi presencia apacible. Haz silencio para sentir mi voz hablándote a tu corazón cansado. Si realmente confías en mí, esa confianza traerá paz a tu ser y esa será tu fortaleza en el día de la angustia. Cuando necesites recuperar tus fuerzas, descansa en mi presencia. Cuando necesites llorar, alégrate y descansa en mi presencia. No desmayes en la búsqueda espiritual para estar en perfecta comunión conmigo, las tentaciones en este mundo son muchas y parecen fuertes, pero yo soy tu Dios, te amo y soy infinitamente más grande que todos los problemas que quieren destruirte. Me alegra que vengas a mí para descansar, reconoces que solo no puedes y necesitas de tu Dios. Muchas personas se alejan de mi presencia por su sufrimiento, debes hacer todo lo contrario, cuanto mayor es el dolor, mayor es tu necesidad de mi Espíritu. Ven y reposa, no lo dejes para mañana. Ven, y seré tu ayuda idónea. Ven a mí y descansa.

Oración: Tu gracia Señor se manifiesta del cansancio, voy a ti para que me des el reposo que necesito, voy a ti porque tú eres mi fortaleza. Por Jesús, amén.
