MERCY ALWAYS WINS

James 2

For judgment will be without mercy to anyone who has shown no mercy; mercy triumphs over judgment.

James 2:13

Today we are in danger of concentrating too much on the mercy of the Father. Many say that all events actually respond to the judgment of God against the nations; but is that for sure? James remembers that judgment comes through the freedom that is granted to us and for acting with malevolence toward others. The mercy of the Lord renews us every day, from generation to generation. Don’t get stuck in judgment, don’t you worry about judging and condemning, because God will judge you with mercy. Jesus said: Therefore, whatever you want them to do to you, do so also …

Focus your life on the mercy of God and practice it so you may be pleasant before him and rejoice in your love toward your neighbor and may the mercy of salvation that you enjoy in fullness flood your soul.

Prayer: O God, still our judging, pointing and defaming so that we can embrace mercy. Destroy all fear and anxiety about the future from our hearts. All is beneath your sovereign will, and through this we have peace through your love and mercy. In the name of Jesus we pray. Amen.

LA MISERICORDIA SIEMPRE TRIUNFA

Santiago 2

Porque juicio sin misericordia se hará con aquel que no hiciere misericordia; y la misericordia triunfa sobre el juicio.

Santiago 2:13

Hoy tenemos el peligro de concentrarnos más en el juicio que en la misericordia del Padre. Muchos dicen que todos los acontecimientos en la actualidad responden al juicio de Dios contra las naciones; pero ¿será cierto? Santiago recuerda que el juicio viene por la libertad que nos es otorgada y por actuar con malevolencia contra los otros. La misericordia triunfa sobre el juicio, la misericordia del Señor se renueva cada día, de generación en generación. No te fijes en el juicio, no te afanes por juzgar y condenar, porque Dios te juzgará sin misericordia. Jesús dijo: Así que, todas las cosas que queráis que hagan con vosotros, así también haced vosotros...

Enfoca tu vida en la misericordia de Dios y practícala para que esta sea agradable delante de su presencia y se regocije por tu amor hacia el prójimo y triunfe en tu alma la misericordia para que goces en plenitud la salvación.

Oración: Calma, oh Dios, nuestro juzgar, señalar, difamar, para abrazar la misericordia. Destruye de nuestro corazón todo temor y angustia por el futuro, todo está bajo tú soberana voluntad, por eso tenemos paz por tu amor y misericordia. En el nombre de Jesús oramos. Amén.
