CLOSER TO GOD

Acts 8: 26-40

"Nothing if you believe with all your heart." The Ethiopian replied. "I believe that Jesus is the Son of God."

Acts 8:37

What stops me from coming closer to you, Lord? What is the formula for my faith to grow every day? I believe in you, my God; I believe that by your grace I am blessed and by your Love I have come a long way. I believe that your Spirit embraces me, holds me close and sustains me in the most difficult times and also in the most beautiful ones. I believe that Jesus gives me the strength to fight a thousand battles. I believe in the human ties that form us and that inspire us to be better. I believe in the friend who accompanies, in the grandmother who treats wounds, in the mother who caresses, in the father who guards. I believe in the way that Divinity weaves the threads of my life. “I believe with all my heart that Jesus is the Son of God.” And you? What do you believe?

Prayer: God of all and of each, keep me safe in your motherly embrace. Free me from adversities and show me your love in the smile of children. Bless my home. Thank you for your love. Amen.

MÁS CERCA DE DIOS

Hechos 8: 26-40

"Ninguna, si crees de todo corazón". Respondió el etíope: "Creo que Jesús es el Hijo de Dios".

Hechos 8:37

¿Qué me impide acercarme más a ti, Señor? ¿Cuál es la fórmula para que mi fe aumente cada día? Creo en ti, mi Dios, creo que por tu Gracia estoy bendecida y por tu Amor he llegado muy lejos. Creo que tu Espíritu me alcanza, me abraza y me sostiene en los momentos más difíciles y en los hermosos también. Creo que Jesús me da la fuerza necesaria para librar mil batallas. Creo en los lazos humanos que formamos y que nos inspiran a ser mejores. Creo en el amigo que acompaña, en la abuela que cura las heridas, en la madre que acaricia, en el padre que resguarda. Creo que la Divinidad teje los hilos de mi vida de manera. “Creo de todo corazón, creo que Jesús es el Hijo de Dios”  Y tú, ¿en qué crees?

Oración: Dios de todos y de cada una, mantenme a salvo en tu abrazo maternal. Líbrame de las adversidades y muéstrame tu amor en la sonrisa de los niños. Bendice mi hogar. Gracias por tu amor. Amén.
