Environment Day

Plea for Love

John 17,1-11

I am asking on their behalf. . .  because they are yours.

John 17:9 (NRSV)

There is nothing more special than knowing that we are important to someone, knowing that they love us enough to pray to God for our well-being. In this case, that someone is Jesus. He knew what was about to happen to him and placed his prayer before God. This was the prelude to one of the most beautiful demonstrations of love known.

Jesus prayed for grace, favor, and honor for those who followed him, so that God would care for them. Here we see a moving vision of Jesus’ mission and responsibility.

Praying for the life and well-being of others is an act filled with humility and love. When we do this we always put Jesus as our intercessor because he is our link with the Creator.

Let us pray for love in this world filled with conflicts. It’s time to open our hearts to replicate the teachings of the Master. Let us today be that link with the Father. Let us pray for the wellness of our neighbor being bearers of light and hope in the name of Jesus.

Suplica de Amor

Juan 17,1-11

Yo te ruego por ellos…porque tuyos son

Juan 17:9

No hay nada más especial que el sabernos importantes para alguien, saber que nos profesa tanto amor como para suplicar a Dios por nuestro bien. En este caso ese alguien es Jesús. Sabía lo que estaba a punto de sucederle y pone ante Dios su súplica. Esta era la antesala de una de las demostraciones de amor más hermosas que se conocen.

Jesús rogo por gracia, favor y honra de quienes le seguían, para que Dios cuidara de ellos. Aquí vemos una visión conmovedora de la misión de Jesús y su responsabilidad.

Rogar por la vida y bienestar de otros es un acto lleno de humildad y amor. Cuando lo hacemos siempre ponemos a Jesús como intercesor porque él es nuestro vínculo con el Creador

Supliquemos por amor en este mundo lleno de conflictos. Es hora de abrir nuestros corazones para replicar las enseñanzas del maestro. Seamos nosotros hoy ese vínculo con el Padre. Supliquemos por el bien de nuestro prójimo siendo portadores de luz y esperanza en el nombre de Jesús.

Oración: Rogamos a ti Señor en el nombre de Jesús. Amén.
