THE LAMB OF GOD

John 1:29-34

The next day he saw Jesus coming toward him and declared, “Here is the Lamb of God who takes away the sin of the world!

Today, let us take a moment to reflect on the importance of this identity. Jesus didn’t come into people’s lives just to improve their temporal circumstances, but rather he came to transform their hearts and to free them from sin. This is an act that should fill us with gratitude and amazement.

Ask yourself if you have recognized Jesus as the Lamb of God in your life. Is there some burden that you need to deliver to Him today? Live in freedom: John’s proclamation reminds us that we have been freed from burdens and sin. Let this truth inspire you to live in the freedom that Christ offers. Share the truth: As John gave witness about Jesus, you also are called to share the good news of Christ with those around you. Let’s remember that Jesus is the answer to humanity’s deepest need. May we live each day with the understanding and the gratitude that having the Lamb of God in our lives means.

 

Prayer: Thank you, Lord, that in Jesus we find redemption and forgiveness. Today and always may we be able to share this gift of salvation with those around us. Amen.

EL CORDERO DE DIOS

John 1:29-34

Al día siguiente, Juan vio a Jesús que venía hacia él y dijo: ‘He aquí el Cordero de Dios, que quita el pecado del mundo.

Hoy, tomemos un momento para reflexionar sobre la importancia de esta identificación. Jesús no solo viene a las vidas de las personas para mejorar sus circunstancias temporales, sino que viene a transformar sus corazones y liberarles del pecado. Este es un hecho que debería llenarnos de gratitud y asombro.

Pregúntate si has reconocido a Jesús como el Cordero de Dios en tu vida. ¿Hay alguna carga que necesitas entregar a Él hoy?  Vive en la libertad: La proclamación de Juan nos recuerda que hemos sido liberados del peso del pecado. Deja que esta verdad te inspire a vivir en la libertad que Cristo ofrece. Comparte la verdad: Como Juan testificó sobre Jesús, tú también eres llamado a compartir la buena noticia de Cristo con aquellos que te rodean. Recordemos que Jesús es la respuesta a la necesidad más profunda de la humanidad. Que podamos vivir cada día con el entendimiento y la gratitud de lo que significa tener al Cordero de Dios en nuestras vidas

Oración : Señor, gracias porque en Jesús encontramos la redención y el perdón. Permite que hoy y siempre podamos compartir este regalo de salvación con quienes nos rodean. Amén.
